Shipping Policy
We know you can't wait to start your natural journey for healthy hair and skin, and it is our goal to deliver our handmade products in a timely manner. Therefore, we want you to plan your next photoshoot accordingly!
**All orders are processed in the order they are received.**
Please allow 3 business days for standard retail orders to be processed. Large quantity orders are subject to 5-12 days of processing. Each stage of processing will be communicated via email.
T.C Natural Collection ships via the following:
UPS Ground (1-5 Business Days - Insured up to $100)
USPS Standard (3-4 Business Days - Uninsured)
Please note that shipping delays are subject to occur. This is out of our control. Please use your tracking number to monitor the movement of your package. Should you experience issues such as damaged, lost or stolen goods, and have selected UPS Ground, you are eligible to submit a claim via UPS.COM. Please email us the details of your submitted claim to managebeautybynature@gmail.com
Return & Exchange Policy
Due to the natural state of our products, colors, odors and consistency may vary. Please note that our products contain a natural, earthy scent.
With the above mentioned, our products have a limited shelf life as there are no preservatives nor chemicals added. Due to this, all sales are FINAL.
Quality Assurance is our top priority. Should our products be delivered to you with less than satisfactory quality (opened or tampered packaging, quantity errors), Anastasia Skin and Hair will replace your order free of charge. Reimbursement of paid products are applicable if unwarranted side effects such as skin irritation, allergic reactions, and/or excessive breakage of the hair occurs as a result of using our products. Each product contains listed ingredients on its packaging as well as its product description within our website. Please be sure to carefully read all product descriptions prior to purchasing. Should reactions occur to ingredients listed with customer knowledge, reimbursement will not be issued.
T.C Natural Collection does not resell products if they are returned for any reason.
Returned Packages Policy
Should your order be returned due to the input of an incorrect address, an additional shipping fee must be paid prior to Anastasia Skin and Hair re-shipping your order.
